Luisa Dato, Sculptor
I sculpt primarily in Alabaster, using its unique properties of vivid colors, varied grain patterns and translucency to bring out the natural form imbedded in the stone.
My works have been entered in juried exhibitions in and around the Connecticut Shoreline area (Madison, New Haven, Guilford and Clinton) and have won various awards.
